“Merchant” shall mean and include individual, or business user listed on the Millions Acre platform as a Vendor for providing Goods/ Services at the said platform.
“Platform” shall mean the website available at www.millionsacre.com and all associated sites linked to it, including mobile application or any other similar program.
“Millions Acre” shall mean the Proprietorship firm operated under the name and styles of “M/s. Millions Acre”.
This policy is effective from the date and time, a User/Merchant registers with Millions Acre Platform by filling up the registration form and accepting the terms and conditions laid out in the Site Policy.

Images of documents/ Photos, recording of the conversation with our Customer Service, Opinions and/ or Feedback and/ or responses on surveys, and information obtained from the User/Merchant’s web browser/ mobile device by way of using our application/ website like device location, communication information including contacts and call logs, device information (including storage, model, mobile network), transactional and promotional SMS/app notifications, gathered by us during your use of the Platform.
